We get it because we’ve been there. From being managers and owners in retail to restaurants, we’ve spent over 75 years combined walking in your shoes. We truly understand that technology is supposed to make the job easier and more efficient. We know firsthand that frequently wasn't (and still isn't) the case. As time went by, the world changed seemingly overnight. "Marketing" used to be you had a good ad in the yellow pages, ran an occasional ad in your local newspaper, or maybe the "Pennysaver" or "Harte Hanks shopping magazine", or stuffed flyers in with the "junk mail". Oh yea, almost forgot. Matchbook advertising was king! In those days we spent the majority of our time creating incredible culinary & guest experiences. With the birth of "digital marketing," suddenly all the rules changed and so did the media we use to communicate with customers. Now what do you do?
